Aura Energy Scheduled General meeting of Shareholders

Aura Energy Limited (ASX: AEE) has informed its shareholders that the company will proceed with the general meeting on 6 January 2020. This decision is being taken to satisfy the s.249 requisitioned meeting of shareholders brought by Pre-emptive Trading Pty Ltd.

Notwithstanding the decision to proceed with the meeting, the board of directors will continue to pursue the Writ in the Supreme Court of Victoria to recover damages from Pre-emptive Trading Pty Ltd,

At AEDT 12:53 PM, the stock was trading flat at $0.005, from the previous close.
