Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

Pepinnini Lithium Limited (ASX: PNN) has made an announcement of resignation of Company Secretary, Justin Nelson, and the appointment of Dom Francese with effect from 1 January 2020.

Mr Francese is a Chartered Accountant and a Corporate Governance Professional with extensive experience as a company secretary for 17 years and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for 17 Years in ASX listed metal and mining companies.

The company’s directors would like to thank Mr Nelson for his valued contribution towards the growth of the company for six years and wishes him for his upcoming role as an in-house legal counsel to a South Australian company.

The stock was last traded higher and settled at $0.002 from the previous close.
