ASX-listed real estate investment manager, APN Property Group Limited (ASX:APD) provided a market update and distribution guidance for FY20.
APN revealed that the funds under management was $2,561 million at the end of April 2020, down from $3,067 million at the end of December 2019.
APN anticipates paying a final payout of nearly 1.55 cents per security, for a full year distribution of 3.15 cents per stapled security.
The group also disclosed that it has a robust balance sheet position with more than $15 million in cash on 30 April 2020.
