A leading Australian energy infrastructure business APA Group (ASX:APA) announced that on 24 April 2020 the Company priced an offering of approximately EUR 600 million of senior unsecured notes in the European debt capital markets. These offerings are pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act.
The EUR 600 million of long ten-year notes, have a maturity date of 15 July 2030, with a fixed coupon rate of 2.0% per annum.
Moreover, the Company mentioned that settlement of the notes is anticipated to happen on 30 April 2020 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
