Animoca Brands Received Letter from ASX For Breaching of The Listing Rules.

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (ASX: AB1) has been issued a letter from ASX for breaching of the listing rules. The letter laid emphasis on elements of the Company’s business which ASX considers inappropriate for a listed company, particularly, “significant involvement in cryptocurrency associated activities” & “substantial use of SAFEs issued by subsidiaries”.

AB1 has been given an opportunity to make a good case to the contrary else ASX might remove he company from official listing as per Listing Rule 17.12 with effect on and from the beginning of trading on Friday, 21 February 2020.
