Aldoro Completes the Acquisition of Altilium

Aldoro Resources Limited (ASX: ARN) has announced that after the shareholders’ approval at the company’s recent AGM, the company has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Altilium Metals Limited.

  • The company has issued 10,800,000 ordinary shares in Aldoro as consideration to Altilium’s shareholders and 1,200,000 ordinary shares to Xcel Capital Pty Ltd, as facilitator of acquisition;
  • Rhod Grivas and Dr Caedmon Marriott have joined the Board of Aldoro as Non-Executive Chairman and Managing Director, respectively;
  • The company has also completed the placement of $650,000 at $0.15 per share, which was carried out to acquire Altilium.

At AEST 12:44PM, the stock was trading at $0.160 per share, up by 10.345% from its previous close.
