AUSTRALIAN DAIRY NUTRITIONALS GROUP (ASX: AHF) – A key step in entering the dairy nutritionals and infant/toddler formula market, the group has reported the purchase of Flahey’s Nutritionals Pty Ltd. As per the announcement made on 28 August 2018 are the terms of the acquisition. The group also notifies that the name of the company now changes to Australian Dairy Nutritionals Limited which is considering the acquisition of Flahey’s Nutritionals and the Group’s continued focus on expanding its dairy processing business. The group is under the consumer staples sector while the price has gone down by -4% to $0.120. The stock has had a performance change of 8.70% in the past 12 months.

QUANTUM HEALTH GROUP LIMITED (ASX: QTM) – Following the approval of shareholders received at the Company’s recent AGM held on 28 November 2018, the Board of Quantum Health Group Limited which was formerly known as Quantum Energy Limited and is pleased to confirm the same. Following the approval of a modification of company name by ASIC, the company has put in effect a change of name from Quantum Energy Limited to Quantum Health Group Limited. The company has a P/E ratio of 4.670 and EPS of 0.003 AUD. The group is under consumer discretionary stock, and the price has been flat and is trading at $0.014.

CROWD MEDIA HOLDINGS LIMITED (ASX: CM8) – The company has changed its name from Crowd Mobile Limited to “Crowd Media Holdings Limited” following shareholder approval received at its recent Annual General Meeting. The operations of the company are comprehended by the new name more accurately. The change of name came in effect from Friday, December 21, 2018. However, the issuer code will remain the same as CM8 and will not change. The company states that the offer period under its share purchase plan announced on 8 November 2018, closed at 5:00 pm on Wednesday 5 December 2018. The stock is trading flat at $0.039 under the telecommunication services, and the market cap at current price is $9.1 million.

KAROON ENERGY LTD (ASX: KAR) – Karoon’s new Independent Non-Executive Chairman effective 1 January 2019 is Mr. Bruce Phillips as mentioned in an announcement by the board. With five independent non-executive directors following, Karoon’s Board will consist of a total of eight directors, Mr. Phillips appointment as Chairman. The board believes that the three pillars acquisition, development, and exploration will pay noteworthy dividends in the short, medium and long-term as they are focussing on growth and reviewing the group’s  cost base. The stock is surging up by 0.854% to trade at $0.827 under the energy sector, and the market cap at current price is $201.49 million.

THETA GOLD MINES LIMITED (ASX: TGM) – Mr. Finn Behnken has been announced as a director of the Company, by Theta Gold Mines Limited which comes at a time when the company is focussing on starting up gold mining at its highly prospective Theta Hill Open?cut Project, and the date of appointment was December 19, 2018. The ASX-listed company was recently renamed Theta Gold    Mines Limited with new ASX      listing code reserved. The board claims a strong year of change with New Board members, new direction and development strategies. The stock is trading flat at $0.070 under the metals and mining sector, and the market cap at current price is $23.27.
