Jindalee Resources’ (ASX:JRL) shares were trading high on the ASX in the early hours today with an uptick of around 4% following an encouraging project update.
The Australia-based mineral exploration firm has reported outstanding final assays from 2022 drilling program at the McDermitt lithium project, USA.
Several wide lithium intercepts were recorded across the project including

Broad intercepts in MDD028 and MDD029 (both collared outside current McDermitt resource) confirm further extension of mineralisation in the west.
The company is expecting to announce updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) incorporating all results from the 2022 drilling program in early 2023.
As per the company, the final assay results wrap up a highly successful exploration program and overlay the path for a substantial increase in size and confidence of the McDermitt MRE.
