The Company, founded in 2018, was listed on the ASX in May 2021. Since its inception, the Company has been committed to identifying and exploring lithium, gold and base metals projects in Australia.
Australasian’s project portfolio includes three gold projects – the Fairview Gold Project in Western Australia and the Mt Clermont and May Queen gold projects in the Queensland region of Australia. In the Northern Territory, the Company operates the Mt Peake Lithium Project. Additionally, it owns a 90% joint-venture interest in the Barrow Creek Lithium Project.

The tenement application hosts sediments from the Upper Wyloo Group, known as Ashburton Formation. In addition to this, the tenement area comprises a small patch of older Duck Creek Dolomites outcrops. These units are known to host gold and base metal mineralisation throughout the district.
The Mt Peake Li project sits within the Northern Arunta pegmatite province, which is one of the two major pegmatite provinces in the Northern Territory.
